摘 要:測量不確定度是對(duì)測量結(jié)果而言,表達(dá)這個(gè)結(jié)果分散性程度的參數(shù),是計(jì)量學(xué)中的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容。本文對(duì)分光光度計(jì)校準(zhǔn)過程的透射比示值誤差測量結(jié)果的不確定度和波長示值誤差測量結(jié)果的不確定度進(jìn)行了評(píng)定,給出了評(píng)定方法、步驟及結(jié)果,并對(duì)測量不確定度進(jìn)行了討論。[著者文摘]
