They are minimum zone circle (MZC) method, minimum circumscribed circle (MCC) method, maximum inscribed circle (MIC) method and least square circle (LSC) method. Evolutionary strategy (ES) is proposed to evaluate above circularity errors. In the algorithm, real-coded, Gauss mutation operator and (μ+λ) selection strategy are adopted, that is parent generation population take part in competition. And it has simple algorithm, strong robustness and high efficiency. In the meantime, the objective function calculation approaches of using ES to evaluate MZC, MCC and MIC errors are formulated. Finally, the experiment results evaluated by different methods indicate that the proposed method for circularity error evaluation not only converges to the global optimum rapidly, but also has good stability. And it is easy to generalize in engineering metrology.[著者文摘]
