【摘要】 800 kV標(biāo)準(zhǔn)沖擊電壓測量系統(tǒng)由800 kV標(biāo)準(zhǔn)沖擊分壓器、傳輸系統(tǒng)、阻抗匹配單元、數(shù)字儲存示波器、計(jì)算機(jī)接口和數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)組成。介紹了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)沖擊電壓測量系統(tǒng)不確定度的評定以及參加國際比對的結(jié)果,不確定度評定和國際比對結(jié)果證明了該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測量系統(tǒng)測量峰值電壓的總不確定度約為0.6%,測量時(shí)間參數(shù)的總不確定度約為3%,完全滿足國標(biāo)GB/T 16927—1997對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測量系統(tǒng)的要求。
【英文摘要】 The 800?kV standard impulse voltage measuring system is consisted of 800?kV reference voltage dividers,translating system, attenuator/terminator,and digital impulse analyzing system.The results of uncertainty evaluation and the international comparison of the impulse voltage measurements are given.Estimated uncertainties for the system are 0.6% and 3% respectively.作者: 多彩的風(fēng)箏 時(shí)間: 2021-11-10 11:38
