Study of Compensation for Dynamic Error of CMM in Process of High-speed MeasuringCui Zhouping Zhu ChenghuaCui Zhouping Zhu ChenghuaAbstract:The dynamic errors of three coordinates measuring machine during fast probing are studied in this paper. Taking a moving bridge CMM as example, its dynamic error sources are analyzed, the mathematic model for dynamic error is established and the dynamic errors are measured and compensated completely. Tbe test results show that the repeatability of dynamic errors is good and it can be compensated by software method to enhance the accuracy of the CMM.[著者文摘]
