Measurement Uncertainty of Pulse Width of Pulse GeneratorZHAO Zi-wen China Airborne Missile Academy, Luoyang 471009, ChinaAbstract:In this paper, the uncertainty of evaluation results of pulse width of pulse generator is described. The main error sources of pulse width measurement, including counter＇s repeatability, trigger level timing error, time base error, the amplifier hysteresis error, LSD displayed error, etc. are analyzed. According to these effect factors, the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of pulse width measurement are evaluated.[著者文摘]
