Based on capacitance standard in the extending frequency range acting as value standard and the measurement principle of four-terminal-pair impedance, measurement principle is performed to measure the high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair resistance making use of an open-short-load (OSL) calibration technique. Measurement method is that a resistance is calibrated by several capacitance standards by keeping measurement instrument' s measurement range invariable. It can eliminate the nonlinearity error of the measurement instrument. The principle and method can reduce measurement results uncertainty and provide theory foundation for four-terminal-pair resistance' s application in the high-frequency range.[著者文摘]
