摘　要:測量不確定度是對測量結(jié)果而言，表達(dá)這個結(jié)果分散性程度的參數(shù)，是計量學(xué)中的一個重要內(nèi)容。本文對分光光度計校準(zhǔn)過程的透射比示值誤差測量結(jié)果的不確定度和波長示值誤差測量結(jié)果的不確定度進(jìn)行了評定，給出了評定方法、步驟及結(jié)果，并對測量不確定度進(jìn)行了討論。[著者文摘]
